Stroller question

Ijust now discovered the Peg P3 stroller, which has footboards for an older child on the back! That's what I want! We have a sit and stand, but it's big and not as easy to push as I'd like, and dd doesn't ride in it 95% of the time anyway, and it's annoying to have the huge double out when she only jumps on for a second, so something with footrests like that seems awesome. But, since I know nothing, lol, I wanted to ask of there are other strollers with a similar type of thing? Something smaller and easier than a sit andstand of full double but with the option for an older child to jump on for a bit now and then? I know they make those footboard things to snap on to strollers, but that won't work for us at all, I have RIDICULOUSLY short arms (as in, was looking into genetic abnormalities, truly not human proportions SHORT), so i already am kicking/standing right on top of our strollers as it is.

The Inglesina Zippy has footboards also. I liked it better than the P3, but a lot of people are happy with the Pegs (I think I had a lemon)

If you can track down a Chicco C1 it had a footboard, and the stroller was a P3 knockoff (yet better) per strollerqueen.com.

I have a C1, I never noticed the footboard... I'll have to look next time it's out! Did the European C1 model have them too? Mine's from Europe. (I got it, plus a European Chicco infant seat my kids use for their dolls, plus the carrycot that works with it, for $40 on Craigslist.)
