Question Slim rf seat for 06 honda pilot

My mom drives a 2006 Honda pilot, the ma65 is too upright, and the tfp dosnt give my dad room to drive because we can only use it out board drivers side second row (we need to be able to move the outboard passenger second row split seat as needed. I can't get a dorel seat in there rf securely to save my life with out a noodle pyramid, and I was told the scenera is not allowed to be used with noodles by the former head tech of my location.. Is this true?

So can anyone recommend a smaller-than-the-Tf convertible that should fit center in a pilot and slow the seat next to it to lay down

You can use noodles with the Scenera.

How old is the child? I'm trying to imagine how the Marathon is too upright. Britaxes always installed very nicely in the center of my 04 Pilot (same body style).

She's 15m but floppy sleeper so I use almost a newborn angle, I tried it outboard but will try again center

I have an 06 Pilot and had a MA65 rf behind the driver with the seat all the way back, not touching the seat. It wasn't at a newborn angle, it was more upright, but I probably could have gotten it more reclined, and I interpreted my manual as allowing touching/bracing being okay on the driver's side.
