hello my name is Arthur, my child is 2 and she is facing the rear still. The seat is slanted a little from right side to left but it's been safely installed by the fire department. I wanted to know is she still safe that way? Thank you

Hi! Welcome, Arthur!

Were the people who installed your seat CPSTs with current cards? Did they teach you how to install?

Did they lock the belt by pulling it all the way out? Some lighter convertibles tip over time with a locked retractor. Using a locking clip can help: http://www.carseatsite.com/lockingclips.htm
