Hi guys,

I installed this seat this morning in our 2000 Chryslar Voyager. I am a bit concerned about the angle. It appears a bit less upright than it did in my other vehicle, which had latch. Is the angle okay? Also, as you can see from the picture, this vehicle does not have latch, so I had to use a lapbelt to install it. I am nervous that it might not be correctly locked. It seemed to stay snug when we pulled upward on the chest portion of the belt, but I want to know for sure...do I need to do anything else or is this okay? That little boy is my life and I want to know he is safe!!! THANKS!

Looks fine. If you wanted to tether it, you could. And if the front seat moved back to hold the seat at that angle, that'd be fine too. Both your car and the carseat allow that.

Also, if you want it more upright you can order the angle adjuster and that'll sit it more upright.

IIRC, that belt locks at the latchplate so if it isn't coming loose when you check for tightness at the belt path, you are good. :yeahthat: what Wendy said.

And if you want to tether it RF, there is a spot if you pop the plastic off of the front passenger seat leg (under the seat). I used to have pictures but they have since been lost.
