Should I worry about possible injury with arm rests on car seats

I was looking for information about injuries caused from impacts with arm rests on car seats and boosters. I could just be over thinking but is there any research about injuries that happen due to impact to the car seat either they one they are in or an adjacent seat? I am thinking about the fact I have a graco nautilus and a graco turbo booster next to each other and my fear is the child in the booster impacting the nautilus causing injury. Any help or reassurance the belt will hold the child in the booster as long as they are secured appropriately?

If they are both properly secured in appropriate seats for their age and size that is the best you can do. There is always a chance they could be injured if they are rotated or by something coming in the car, or being thrown around the car too.

We are trying to protect their life, sometimes they will still get hurt.
WE had a member here in a horrible roll over crash, All of her family including 3 little ones survived, But one had a broken leg and I think there were other serious injuries but none of them were life threatening.

Make sure the seats are used properly, and installed properly.

Do you have the screws in the turbo booster arm rests?

There are always going to be cases of injuries from rare incidences during a collision, but in the vast majority of collisions, having your children properly restrained will keep them very, very safe.

I think about things like this from time to time, but am reassured by the fact that I am doing all that I can to protect the children that ride in my vehicle by having them properly restrained, projectiles secured properly, vehicle well maintained, and practice safe driving habits.

We don't get to pick our collision so we just prepare for everything the best way possible, which is proper use of child restraints and many of the things i've mentioned above :)

It is a very valid concern, but one that we really can't do a whole lot about aside from proper restraint use, safe driving, etc.
