My DD is RFing in the Scenera and the harness straps dig into her neck! Is there anything I can do to fix this? Are there pads I can order from Dorel?

I thought maybe I was over-tighting, so I brought the seat into the house and had her sit in it for about ten minutes with the straps pretty loose and it still happened. I think its because shes quite chubby in the face and neck, and the straps are so close together.
