I have a 6 year old, a 3 1/2 year old and a 7 month old. The 6 year old is in a Sunshine Radion - still in the 5 point harness. The 3 year old is in a Britax which is about to expire and the baby is in a Britax convertible that expires within the next 18 months. I have 2 questions:
1) We are looking to buy one carseat right now and are wondering what folks recommend. Ideally we would get something that could see the baby through to booster seat but definitely want the safest seat we can get even if that means having to buy another seat down the road.
2) Any recommendations for a high backed booster with harness option for the big kid? I'd like to keep him harnessed for as long as possible. He is about 50 pounds right now.
