Riddle Me This??? Need Help Rounding out my stash

OK ladies so I am thrilled that I am finally expecting my 1st!...she should be here mid-late July I will continue to babysit & transport my godchildren on a regular basis so I'm ready to re-evaluate my carseat stash!

What I have:
Peg Perego SIP infant seat (up to 22#s)
Britax Marathon (up to 35#sRF/65#sFF)
Evenflo Triumph Advance (up to 35#sRF/50#sFF)
Graco Nautilus
Britax Frontier80
Graco Turbo Booster backless X2(still in the boxes)
Britax StarRiserComfy Boosters X2 (both expired)

What I think I need:
1 newborn seat
2 ERF seats
1 dedicated hbb (car doesn't have headrests in the backseat:thumbsdown
2 hwh FF only seats

Option 1:
Buy Britax Chaperone CowBay
Keep MA
Buy RN-XTSL
Convert FR80 to booster
Buy 2 2008 model Regents (from a friend)

Option 2:
Keep PP
Keep MA
Buy CA
Keep FR80 as harnessed & buy 2nd
Buy a hbb (but which one?)

The EFTA and GN dont play well so they will be moving... EFTA to my mothers car for baby from day 1 until! and I promised DGD 4.5yrs old she can have the GN, so she can have her own cupholder I need to be prepared for any combo of kids 0-12 noting that everyone will be in a seat b/c of the no head rests AND in August I will probably have 2 newborns (mine and friend due same time) and a ~1 yr old (other friends kid/dck) together 3-6 days/week

Car set-up:

RF/RF/RF or HBB
FF/FF

LSB/LBO/LSB
LSB/LBO/LSB

I know this is a lot but please share any ideas on what I should be buying, keeping, moving... Thanks

I guess my deciding factor would be do you like the infant seat you have... and do you want to use it for your little one, or would you rather do something different for your baby. Go from there would be my suggestion. I've got total finals brain right now so I'll let someone else chime in with more input... what I really wanted to say was CONGRATS!!

What kind of car do you have? (I'm assuming minivan based on the pic in siggy?) How many seats will be installed all the time or need to be switched out? Where do you want the seats? Your noob in captains chair, I'm guessing? Does it matter where everyone else is?
