I would put the forward facing seat in and not even think twice about it. I'm a rebel like that.

Sent from my iPhone and probably NAK, please excuse my typos.

Well, it still may come up. In this weather it's going to take a couple of days for that seat to dry out. :p I'm really struggling with this, and I know I shouldn't be. Part of me is ready to go ahead and move forward, and I had the Frontier in the pickup for a couple of weeks (I'm not even positive my husband hasn't taken her somewhere in it already that I don't know about). My brain tells me it's OK, but my heart keeps telling me "No, not yet, it's not absolutely necessary yet." It's that argument in my head between "rear facing is five times safer," and "forward facing is five times more dangerous." I'm OK with it when I'm thinking in terms of the first one, but not OK with it when I'm thinking in terms of the second. LOL.

Really, though, once the idea to stay home and make muffins crossed my mind instead of going to the bakery, it seemed like a good idea anyway. The fact that it took my concern over FFing out of the equation was just a bonus. My 3 year old loves nothing more than to "mix-a-mix-a-mix-a" anyhow, and we don't do that nearly as often as we go to the bakery. ;)
