replacement parts

I'm wanting to replace the gray foam in my dd's Roundabout. I 'thought' I'd seen it for sale on the Britax site but now I don't see it. I just found buckle, harness and clip. I tried to call but was on hold forever and gave up for now.
I have washed the foam in the past (milk spill) and it seemed ok until Monday when water was spilled in the seat. I blotted it up and we went our merry way. However we nearly fell over backwards when we opened the van yesterday!! I have re-washed the cover but the foam stinks to high heaven. I doubt I'll ever get it 'clean enough' again and want to replace it.
Anyone know whether Britax still sells replacement foam?

I'm pretty sure you can get them if you call. Calling britax yesterday and the day before and being on hold forever my advice is to put the phone on speakerphone so at least you don't have to hold it to your ear.

Yeah, you may just have to order it by phone. I ordered an extra one for a marathon when I was ordering a new cover, just in case I need it some day. It was only $2.50, but they kill you on shipping, so it may be worth it to order some extra other parts too to combine shipping.

Thanks, I guess the foam is too 'boring' a part to put on the website. They should do it though. I bet lots of parents would be happy to replace theirs too!
I will be ordering a new harness as well. We've had enough bloody noses that it simply needs to be replaced! I'm also considering a new buckle. Ours can stick something awful. I was thinking a new cover would be nice too but don't want to get carried away on a seat that will be used maybe one more year. I'm lucky she's still fitting at almost 6!
I'll try again tomorrow, and yes, speaker phone is what I should do .
