Radian or Foonf?

My coworker needs to borrow a car seat for his visiting family members. It will be used FF I guess for a larger 2 year old for a week, and then RF for a 6 month old for 2 weeks. He has a Sienna 2014 or 2015. Which would be easier installation wise? He has 2 Captains chairs in the center row. I don't think he will want to drag it to the third row.

He is very careful with seats, which is why he wants to borrow from me, rather than anyone else, and these are the only 2 spare seats I have. Nothing light. I trust him to be careful with them.

He needs it for tonight.

I think the Foonf would be easier to switch from FF to RF. He would most likely need the Safestop for the Radian and it's one more thing to forget. The Foonf is user friendly and if he has trouble setting it or installing, Clek has great videos on YouTube. Don't forget that the Foonf requires the use of the crotch buckle pad for infants under 22lb.

Is the Foonf suitable for a 6 month old? As far as strap height and the unassisted sitting requirement?

The strap height is appropriate for most 6 month olds. The sitting unassisted is just a guideline to ensure proper head control. A typical 6 month old has that.

Thanks everyone. He was shocked at the weight of the Foonf. Lol! I was leaning in that direction, just wanted to confirm. The baby does sit unassisted already.
