Question about the baby jogger city strollers

I have an opportunity to possibly purchase a used BJC Classic single stroller. What are the major diffs between the mini and the classic? I am nervous about spending so much on a stroller, but all the reviews rave about the ease of pushing this stroller (and I am not completely satisfied with the cheapies i have now).

Also, it does have one wheel that appears to be leaking (otherwise very good condition). Is this a standard tube I can pick up from somewhere or what would it take to repair/replace this? I want to know what I am in for, effort and price-wise, regarding the wheel before I purchase.

Is this a good stroller? Or should i be considering something else? Mainly I want easy to push, easy to fold up, somewhat useable storage (at least for a small diaper bag, etc), and weighs less than my kid

BBJ comparison.

I love my City Mini Double. Right size for my uses. Classic would be too heavy and large for me. All BBJ strollers are good for their intended uses. Used, 40-50% of new cost would be good.
