Please check belt fit again on TB

We took DS on his first ride in the Turbo today. He did really good. But I noticed a couple things -
His shoulder belt bunches a little coming through the guide. I had noticed it when we tried the seat at the store but tried to get a decent pic today.

But I noticed this today for the first time - Is this ok? I can't fix it so if it's not ok, I don't know what we'll do.

And one more ? - Is the belt ok across his chest - in the right place? I know the sweatshirt makes it seem awkward but we were in a bit of a rush to get this last pic.

Thanks!

Nothing in there is anything I'd worry about :)

Because you have lightweight locking latchplates, make an effort to pull all the slack out of the lap belt when buckling him in

So the bunching at either point is really ok and won't hinder the function of the belt if something happened?

It is what it is, bunching almost always happens particularly when the female end feeds from the bight of the vehicle seat rather than an inch or two forward (which you're seeing now in newer cars).

Not a safety concern. :)

nothing I'd be concerned about, either.

You might find the shoulderbelt does it less when he isn't wearing a jacket (even such a thin one).

I couldn't tell what setting the armrests were on (make sure you have the screws put in), but putting them at the higher setting might help if they're not already there.

But again, none of this will keep the belt from holding him properly.

I'm not sure, but I wonder if you shifted the seat about an inch to his left, if it wouldn't actually solve both bunching spots.
