Performance Sport Installation Help Please!!!(PIC HEAVY)

I just finished installing B's new Recaro Performance Sport in my DH's Cobalt and I need some help please.

These are the pictures with no recline:

The seat belt crosses the slot where the harness comes through

The shoulder belt does not go exactly where the red tag is to indicate the belt path

The belt is wrinkled over the latch strap (no in use just stored in the correct pockets)

Reinstalled with recline and pulled the latch strap out of its storage pockets so it wasn't in the belt patch.

Belt still wrinkled

Belt still crosses harness location

Belt still not over red belt path tag

Are these things okay? I don't know if I should try this on the side, right now it is in the center. I would prefer to keep him there but can try the side if the pics are not okay.

As far as I know these are known issues with the seat. Here is another thread discussing it:

So as long as the harness tightens correctly on him it is okay?
