I'm well past rfing now, but there were times when ffing was the best option for that particular situation. Like the time I had to send the kids off with ex-MIL unexpectedly, and 9yo DD was going to have install the kids seats when they when she arrived (I was on my way to the ER, and I trusted DD to actually attempt to install the seats. ex-MIL believes in the magic car seat bubble).
