Lol, I think it depends on who you get...I had one lady who was adamant that I should absolutely not ever use the seat (Radian) past 48lbs because the law is the law:rolleyes: but the next time I got this man who basically said do whatever you think is best, and that he would have no problem using the a seat that was identical to an american seat up to the american weight, if the child in question was not able to use a booster well - he said it is all about the safety of the child...and really IMO what are the chances of being stopped and ticketed for keeping your child safer...

It was actually a few weeks ago, and I don't really remember his name, he seemed like an older man, reminded me of my grandpa to be honest, but he was very nice (even if he maybe didn't have all the facts). The first lady I spoke with had given me the name of someone who she said would be able to better serve me, after I expressed my displeasure at my lack of options. I have her name (Belinda I think) and # at home, I've tried to call her a dozen times, but she is never ever around, which is why I got that grandpa-ish man and a couple of others who have told me flat out they don't know what to say.But maybe you will have luck getting Belinda or whatever her name is...I'll pm you with it when I get home.
