Five Retailers Agree to Stop Sale and Recall Tots in Mind Crib Tents Due to Strangulation and Entrapment Hazard. The recalled products were sold at numerous retail stores including Bed Bath & Beyond/Buy Buy Baby, Burlington Coat Factory, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Walmart and online on websites including Amazon.com, for between $60 and $85.

Circulon 13-Piece Cookware Set Recalled by Meyer Corporation Due to Laceration Hazard from Glass Lid. Sold Exclusively at: Costco retail stores and Costco.com from about October 2011 through March 2012 for about $200 for the complete set.

Raj Foods LLC., a Houston, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 3,300 pounds of Halal beef samosa products because a meat ingredient used in the product may have been produced in a facility that is not federally inspected. his product was produced between Aug. 9, 2011, and April 23, 2012, and was sold to supermarkets and restaurants in Texas.

Hospira Announces A Nationwide Voluntary Recall Of One Lot Of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Injection 1 MG/ML, (C-II) 1 ML Fill In 2.5 ML Carpuject, That May Contain More Than The Intended Fill Volume. The affected lot was distributed in September – October 2011.
