Wooden Skill Ball Toys Recalled by Kendamaspot Due to Violation of Lead Paint Ban. Sold at: Kendamaspot’s Web site and cultural festivals in Washington State from July 2008 through April 2009 for about $20.

“Goldstar” or “Comfort-Aire” Dehumidifiers Recalled by LG Electronics Tianjin Appliance Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold at: The Home Depot, Walmart and Heat Controller Inc. nationwide from January 2007 through June 2008 for between $140 and $150.

Jea R. Gackowski, Encompass Group Corporate Compliance Officer announced today the company is voluntarily recalling the Thermoflect product line for relabeling regarding its use in the MR (Magnetic Resonance) environment. They are requesting that the Thermoflect blankets and other products not be used in MR conditional or MR compatible environments. Thermoflect products are distributed nationally and internationally.

In consultation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., is expanding its voluntary recall to include all available product lots of TYLENOL® Arthritis Pain Caplet 100 count bottles, with the distinctive red EZ-OPEN CAP. In November 2009, 5 lots of this product were recalled due to consumer reports of an unusual moldy, musty, or mildew-like odor that was associated with nausea, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea.

Nutty Guys in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is issuing a voluntary recall of all Butter Toffee Peanuts and Yogurt Covered Peanuts with sell by dates before March 15th 2010. Insects were discovered in some of these products.

Janzen Farms, Dayton, Oregon is recalling hazelnut kernels because the product has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Hazelnut kernels were sold in November and December 2009 at Lenny's North, Seattle, WA and six 1 lb. bags were sold at the Sunset Produce Stand in Banks, OR.
