Need spare booster.

I have an old cosco NBB that expires in Dec. I need a new one to keep in my van. It's not for anyone in paticular, but may be used by an 8yr old, who is about 50-60 lbs, or for 5-6yr old class mates of my DD1. It has to be narrow, to fit in interseting seating arrangements, between a Frontier and the side of the van in the 3rd row, or next to radianRF and RF MyRide in 3rd row or 2 Radians in a 3rd row, or alone in a captains chair... Any ideas... I'm not to this stage with my girls yet so I haven't looked into boosters at all. But I would like it to be stowable if need to when not in use.

A Bubble Bum will fit where no other booster will fit. However, I would try a Harmony Youthbooster (Walmart) first and a Cosco Topside (Kmart or Target) second. The latter two are narrow and inexpensive. The Youthbooster comes with a shoulder belt guide and would be better for a 5 or 6 year old because of that. The Topside does not have a shoulder belt guide and has funky seat belt routing (shoulder belt goes *over* the armrest).
