Need second or third affordable but safe harnessed booster

hi there, I have a very big 4 year old. She's about 45 pounds and 42 inches tall. I also have a seven-month who likes she will be as big as her sister. In thinking about the baby outgrowing her Chicco infant carrier, I realized that big sister has probably outgrown her Britax Boulevard (my car) and Marathon (Daddy's car - used less). So I've decided to get new covers for the Boulevard (sister really USED it) and pass on to Britax Bouelvard and Marathon to the baby.

I've already decided to splurge on the Britax Fronter SICT for my car which is the main transportation vehicle.

However, she does go out with Daddy once a week and morning drop-offs at school (about 5 minutes away) in his car, so I will need a second harnessed booster for her in that car. I don't want to spend as much on this booster.

I'm also thinking I might need one for the grandparents. They have a normal booster (no harness). While my daughter does stay still, I would prefer her harnessed.

So can anyone recommend a harnessed booster that is safe but relatively affordable for secondary use?
