Hi!
I am looking for a highback booster for my 5 yr old. Here is what I am looking for:

Price: $150 or less
5pt harness for up to 65 lbs
As much EPP/EPS (difference?) foam as possible
Can convert to belt positioning booster
Recline a plus!

I've been looking at EVenflo Gen 65 & Graco Nautilus so far. Any other suggestions? Advice?

Thank you in advance!

The Nautilus has a much taller harness (many 5yos have already outgrown the Generations by height) and is usually a better booster.

I'd also go with the Nautilus over the Gen 65, because of the much taller harness height. Even though they are both rated to the same weight, a forward facing seat will also be outgrown when the child's shoulders are higher than the top slot of the harness.

My grandson would have maxed out the harness height on the Gen 65 at barely 4 years old and not quite 40 pounds, but lasted in the harness on his Nautilus until earlier this summer when he had turned 6. FWIW he's still nowhere near 65 pounds but the Nautilus fits him nicely as a booster.
