MT foot prop too short?

Judi, in your picture it looks like you have locked only one of the straps of the seat belt, while in the manual it says they should both be locked.

Btw, I am also having trouble with the tether straps and the foot prop, and I think the foot prop might be too short for my Touran :S

You are not supposed to lock both sash and hip belt into the lock-off on both sides. This goes for the other side f the seat only - NOT the doorside. The manual says so too.
