Mislabeled??

I was at Target today and was peeking at the Scenera again. We will be buying one soon for our son and they keep dropping the price ($34 and out of stock ). I'm hoping to get it on sale, but they won't give me a raincheck. It's some "special" they have every couple of weeks. Well today they had a recall sign on it saying the dorel (sp?) harness has been recalled, but they didn't say which models or anything. Is there something I'm missing, because I hadn't heard anything.
It looks like we'll have a month or so before I need to get serious about getting the seats. This will be the one for travel and my husband's car, just making sure I don't need to come up with another option.

Thank you for all your help!! I've gotten so much info here and really wouldn't have been nearly as comfy with my decision without you!

I did some searching and it looks like seats in Canada- the 3 in 1s, Enspira, and Intera. That was February this year.

I checked the cosco site and nothing new is posted in terms of recalls. Probably the notice was concerning the recall last August about the alpha omega (and all its close relatives) (http://www.coscojuvenile.com/safety_notice/detail.asp?ID=67) (there was a cover issue with the touriva in December, but it didn't involve the harness in any way) and Target was just wanting to make sure everyone saw it. It doesn't sound like the notice was very descriptive though so it probably won't do much good at spreading the news about the recall.

Hopefully you can get your scenera at the price you want.

The notice was about the most useless thing I've ever seen! I checked it carefully looking for anything specific and there just wasn't anything. No model, no description of the problem (other than it concerned the harness), no date of recall. When I asked a team member they were clueless and said I'd need to call to get more info.
