Is there really no age limit on booster laws in Manitoba? The way I was reading the MPI site, it seems that they just have to be 40 pounds. Is this correct?

Yeah, I don't think there is. And after 5 years and 50 lbs there is no law
Though there is a proper use clause, so if a booster says 4 years, then it needs to be 4 years.

So a barely three year old, stats unknown, in a booster is illegal? Please tell me it is.
I haven't seen some friends of ours in awhile and they last I saw their DD was FFing in a classic Marathon. DH took her and her dad and Emi on a road trip to Brandon yesterday and he told me that she was in a booster(don't know if HBB or NBB). He told me she fell asleep on the ride home and ended up falling into Emi's lap. So clearly needs to be harnessed. I don't think they'll listen to anything other than "it's illegal"
