As things are, I'm so behind on everything, this has probably been out for a couple of years.

I guess both. I was on their site for the 31 day give away and came across it. I just wasn't aware that you could purchase installation help online.

I'd read that they were offering it, and that they have certified staff members (including the owner). It's been in the last year or so. I think they take it very seriously. Sheri Gurock is a great CPS advocate.

I believe this is pretty new as they used to just hold check up events at the store. I am not sure if they have actual employees who are certified or if they have local techs come in. We have a Magic Beans about 45 min away and I keep meaning to call and ask.
