Agreed.. Just too bad they couldn't research or plan a little more. Too bad parents just starting to pay attention will see this pic and then be confused more.

Not that I'm defending the stupidity at all but I'm sure the person that chose the picture was some 20 year old intern that knows nothing about car seats and his boss just told him to find a kid in a rear facing car seat that looked like they were over a year old and that was the first one he found. I can only hope it was a situation like that anyway.
