What's a good price on the Livia Frontier 85??

We're in the market but hoping to wait a few months before going FFing.

Also is there any reason to buy the newer model Frontier?

I think the really good prices were last available in early June. Since mid-July, the best that I have seen from a reputable dealer is $224 at Albeebaby. And, yes, IMHO, the newer Frontier 85 is a better choice than the older Frontier. See http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=117337

I bought one last week on amazon. they are 241, BUT.... I google frontier 85 coupon and through, I THINK, good deal... I was re-routed to a red one on amazon for 219. although looking at amazon directly you find it for 224. so I called amazon and said hey I see a red one on your site at www. blahblahblah why can't I have the pink livia color for that price, they aren't different prices on other sites for different colors and they guy said yeah that doesn't make sense, but I can't change the price I can add a $25 gift card to your account right now so you can buy it for the lower price how's that. I though it was real nifty since it was only a $22 difference to begin with... free shipping applied too. Not too bad!

I bought one for $208 in July. I actually don't remember if it was Amazon.com or diapers.com. Can't do any looking right now because I am at work and shopping sites are blocked.

Hayneedle.com has a FR85 in Livia for $208.98 and with the code TR7539 they take another $10 off, making it $198.08. I am still eyeing a Cowmoo FR85 so if I decide to get it, I will order from them.
