lightweight booster

I'm looking for a booster for my 6 year old to take on school field trips. She's 49" tall 46 lbs. I just moved her to the top slots on the Regent. She's expected to bring a booster seat to school for field trips. I was hoping to find something lightweight. It would only be used for things like school field trips (or possibly travel). Any suggestions?

How much do you want to spend? If you want on the higher end, the Britax Parkway SG is lightweight. If you want less expensive, the Graco Turbobooster, Recaro Vivo.

I would prefer cheap, but if there's something good that's more expensive, I can swing it.

I heard that Big Lots has Recaro Vivo's on sale right now about about $50, I just got one yesterday and we LOVE it. It's heavier than our Turbobooster but not by much and it feels much more sturdy. We also have a Graco Turbobooster for our 7yr old and like it alot too, it's a good fit for her.

I like the Vivo better, it has better SIP and fits my smaller (sometimes) booster rider much better.

I honestly would think long term and remember also that you don't know what vehicles they'll be using.

I mean, the vivo is great, but it doesn't convert to backless and wont' necessarily fit in every vehicle.

I'd honestly get the graco turbobooster highback... that way, she can use it with a back or without a back as needed.
