ISO: $60-$75 Combination Seat

I'm looking for a combination seat for a friend of mine. Her budget is about $60 -$75. Her DD is a small 3.5 year old. The Graco Nauti comes to mind...anyone have a used one for Looking for gender neutral since she has a an 11 mo. boy that will move into it in a few years. Any other recommendations would be welcome as well. Thanks so much :D
