I'm buying my 9month old nephew a car seat for his 1st birthday. He's staying RF for as long as possible. My own son was RF till he was 3yrs. I haven't had to worry about convertible car seats in a little over 3yrs(my son is now 6 1/2yrs and in a turbobooster)
My nephew is huge. 18-24month onsies, 25lbs, and 90th percentile for height(not sure what his torso height is and he's sleeping at the moment.)
Is there a huge difference between the Contender and the Mysize/Size4me? I bought my 2yr old niece the Size4me two years ago and I like it. The only difference I can see is the Size4me starts at 4lbs and Contender starts at 5lbs which isn't a big deal since I'm not using it for a newborn.
Is there a height difference between the two? And how many recline options does the Contender have? There's only a $5 difference between the Size4me and Contender on Amazon so I'm trying to understand what the difference is.
