Is my seat no longer good Onboard 35

My lovely husband put the seat on top of some boxes and it fell yesterday
He says its just fine Im not sure


The first pic is what broke the 2nd and 3rd is where that piece belongs

Yes I second Jess and say contact safety 1st, they are really the only ones who can determine if it's no longer good to use

Heard back from Safety first finally they said base is no longer good at all. They didn't give me a answer about the carrier they wanted the dom and model number and if there are any stress marks or anything on the seat itself. Which there is not the foam did not crack or anything. There are 5 white dots shown in one of the pictures but it was there before it fell. I wasnt sure if they were not not but I found a pic I took months ago and there are there.

Well, that's not horrible news, i guess. It can be used baseless in the mean time, and bases are cheaper than whole seats. I'd still knock your DH upside his head.
