where is the study or a reference quoting the "no broken legs incidence" in rearfacing children in sweden? been spreading the word but teh same old argument about the legs has come up!

Sorry I don't have the link but I'm sure someone will. Basically, you CAN break a leg rf'ing, but it's actually more likely to happen ff'ing. So it's not very effective to say it can't happen, because then you can get caught in a lie (or rather, giving out bad info). I prefer to just say it's not likely, and I'd rather risk a broken leg than a broken neck anyway.

The way it's been explained to me is that no child has ever broken their leg/s BECAUSE they were rearfacing. If their leg/s got broken, it was because they were in a bad car accident and that if they had been forward facing, they may have not even survived or would have had broken legs AND a broken neck.

I'm sure someone will chime in w/links--there was a post here just last week w/the links in it.
