Ditto...if her head goes to the side that's normal and fine, they're not going to hold a big head completely up. If her chin goes to her chest then try using a towel or pool noodle under the front of the scenera (where her feet are) to get more recline.If her head is falling to the side, that's fine. If she's uncomfortable, she will move. It's not a safety concern.
