I just wanted to publically state how pleased I am with Graco's customer service.
We've had our son's Safeseat (Step 2) for a little over a year maybe, and noticed recently that all this time a piece of the plastic was poking out into his back at the injection site for the carseat mold. My hubby sanded it down but I was still nervouse seeing as how now the seat has been "altered" to remove this piece of plastic.
There were no questions asked (well maybe a few) and they were very willing to replace his carseat with no hassle. THey also sent me a free return shipping lable... i received the seat three days later! I was pleasantly surprised with their CS!
