Fitting three carseats in 2012 Traverse

We have a 2012 Traverse with Captain chairs in the middle row. Right now we have a a six year old in a Graco Nautilus and a 4 year old in an Evenflo Triumph. We are expecting a third child for which we have bought a Chicco Keyfit 30. Where would be the safest place to put everyone once we add the Chicco?

I'm @$$uming that you 4 yr old is FFing, so the baby being rearfacing is the most protected due to RFing being 5X safer than forward. So I would put baby outboard and the 4 yr old center an 6 yr old outboard. Unless kids fight and need to be separated, then however it works best for them family to not have a distracted driver

Being that you have captains chairs I would put the 6yr old in the 3rd row since they most likely can buckle themselves. Would have the 4 yr old and newborn in the captains chairs, whichever works best for your family, the difference in safety for the 2 spots is minimal

Can your 6yo buckle himself? If so that's who I'd put in the center 3rd row (still only one tether back there, right?) Or you could put the 6yo in a booster in the 3rd row - basically if the kiddo in the 3rd row doesn't need your help life will be easier. I don't know that I ever tried and HBB in the outboard spots 3rd row, the headrests there might make it tricky.
