Dad drives a 2 door Infiniti G35S. He drives their son occasionally. The child is 5 yrs old and 45 lbs. Mom wants to keep him harnessed if possible. I'm not sure what seat he's currently in, but I'm guessing he's outgrown it. She says the armrests are in the way and it's hard to buckle him in. I suggested going to BRU and trying the Nautilus and Frontier...see if the child can buckle himself and if it would fit in the car. She said they tried the Nautilus, but it was too tall and was hitting the ceiling. Are there any FF big kid seats that would fit? Something that sits lower than the Nautilus? Or do they need to move to a booster? A high back booster might cause the same problems. For what it's worth, Mom has a Regent in her car.
