Extend2fit? - 3 year old close to RF weight limit in Clicktight

I'm back for another round of research and advice.

Stats: 98+% height and 75ish% weight, 3y8m old daughter. I have a 2 year old (exactly) daughter that is following same growth pattern so far (last stats high on both height and weight, but starting to slim down and lengthen). This fits both dad and me, so my guess is it will probably hold.

Vehicles: 2016 Honda Pilot (main/mine) and 2013 Subaru Outback (husband/secondary).

Currently both girls RF in Clicktight Boulevards in Pilot, 2 yo RF in Peg Perego convertible and 3yo RF in Nextfit in Outback.

Goal: rear facing until at least 4, but ideally as long as possible. I called Graco last week, and the marketing department was out for holidays, but latest info was still showing January release date for Extend2fit. That is really my only option, right? The Cleks and Dionos aren't really going to buy me much time height-wise, I assume, right?

I tried the Safety first 50 pound limit seat in my previous odyssey, and just couldn't get an install that would stay tight. I returned it, and my Pilot seats are so similar in appearance, I don't feel right about purchasing it again with a high likelihood of returning it.

I have a separate questions I will start another thread to answer.

Thanks!

I think it does sound like he E2F would probably be your best bet. I have to say that I am glad to hear that their marketing dept was out last week. I called last week about it and was told there was "no information" and that it wasn't for sure get it was going to come out at all. If the marketing people were out, that might explain the lack of info.

37.6 today, without shoes. Wears crocs, so probably around 38 typically. She stayed 37 for 5 months, but i worry she is a growth spurt away from being close to limit of her Clicktight.
