Evenflo Sureride No Re-Thread Harness?

I am helping a friend pick out a carseat. On the Kohls website the product information for their pink Sureride DLX says something about an infinite harness with no re-threading... but I know that in the past when I have seen close-up pics of the seat in other colors (and when I saw it in person in other colors) it seemed to clearly require re-threading. Is the Kohls info wrong, or did they update the seat (or is the pink one different)?
