So, it appears that the manual for the Triumph Advance is correct and the CRS can be used on aircraft. The labels are incorrect. TC has requested information for a notification and as soon as that is received, it will be published and I guess the company will provide new labels. Stay tuned!!

Yay!!!!!! Allport, you don't know how happy I am to hear this. I hate unresolved 'mysteries' and to have this resolve satisfactorily is even better.

I am the original poster and was just checking back to see if there was an update.
We've had several successful flights using our EFTA rear facing. We flew Air Canada, Southwest and United and had no questions asked whatsoever. However, I didn't like flying with the possibility of a hassle. The sticker on our seat is no longer visible, its a good place for an address label and we brought with us the manual, and TC info just in case there were questions. The seat installed easily in the various sized aircraft we were on, the only potential problem is the seat in front can't recline much, but I doubt that is any different than other rear racing seats.
