Question Diono Radian sitting crooked

I have installed and reinstalled this seat in my 2012 Ford Edge, but it is consistently sitting crooked (toward the center of the car). It is tilted a few inches, so it seems like my son is always leaning to the left. I tried to center it on the seat (since the sides of where you sit go up a little), but inevitably, it becomes tilted again. I tried taking a photo, but I can't get a good angle to show the amount of tilt. The center of the seat lines just about lines up with the edge of the driver's head rest, where I imagine it should sit pretty centered.
