Cracked form on Britax

Help!

I have a crack in the styrofoam (sp) of my Britax Parkway. The plastic frame is fine, but it's the foam under the cover that is cracked. It is where the ear piece would meet the back of the head, if that makes sense.

What should I do? I went to Britax website but I don't see a contact number - it's probably there, but hidden. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it compromising the strength of the seat??????

I *think* they will tell you it's ok to tape the foam together if you must use the seat, until they can send you replacement foam (it's very common for this stuff to break, they are generally friendly about sending more out).

Yep, you can tape it. It only needs to be in place to do its job. They will replace free it under warranty for sure; I'm not sure beyond that. I just received replacement EPS foam for my MA this week.
