The cover is phantom and is in really good shape. I do not have the actual picture since my camera is awol. Just got back from driving a 20 hour road trip nonstop with 3 in tow and I will crash for a bit before I start to dig. The seat cover looks just like this.

Let me know if you want it. I has the headpiece, main part, canopy, nd 2 canopy support. I believe this was from a 2009 (date of manufacture I am fuzzy on recalling)
