I posted earlier today about DH breaking off a piece of EPS foam on our B510 while changing the seat pad. I emailed Compass and got a response back within an hour. They said the seat was safe to use, but needed to be replaced. They asked me to call, which I did. They are sending out a new seat free of charge, along with a return label to send back the old seat. How cool is that?
(Earlier this year, I called them about my giraffe fabric seat wearing. They immediately sent out a new seat pad.)
