Compass customer service rocks! Again!

I posted earlier today about DH breaking off a piece of EPS foam on our B510 while changing the seat pad. I emailed Compass and got a response back within an hour. They said the seat was safe to use, but needed to be replaced. They asked me to call, which I did. They are sending out a new seat free of charge, along with a return label to send back the old seat. How cool is that?

(Earlier this year, I called them about my giraffe fabric seat wearing. They immediately sent out a new seat pad.)

Compass gets two thumbs up from me for their fabulous customer service!

Follow up. The new seat arrived today. It took a little longer than I expected, and I was getting ready to call them about it. But then a brand new seat showed up on my doorstep! I'm still not sure if they want the old one back. They didn't say. Still, that's pretty incredible customer service!

Interesting.

I contacted them about my Infant Seat having problems weeks ago, and I still haven't recieved a response.

I sent it in an email, asking about the problem (all the stickers coming off) and also if seat covers were available for purchase... they responded about the covers, ignored the rest.

So I called, and they said that someone in management would call back...

and of course, no one did.

Hmm, that's strange. Email is how I got the response on the EPS foam so quickly, but I did have to follow up with the phone call. I hope they get back to you soon. I was mostly impressed that they sent an entirely new seat for something that is clearly at least partly fault.
