Based on what I've seen in the last year plus (I joined the board just before the MyRide came out, so all seats had a 35lb limit, and I couldn't figure out why *everyone* wanted a MR, lol,) I would wait and see. Things have been changing so fast in the CPS arena that in another six months, who knows what we'll have. We went from 35lb limit only, to two 40 and one 45 in about three months' span, and now (less than a year later) nine or ten seats that go to at least 40lb RF. We are literally seeing new ERF seats hit the market every time we turn around.
I would probably keep the CA for your DS2, and get a Radian for your DS1, if you don't get a Sienna (Radian and Sienna are not friends.) But, that "I would" also includes that I would keep him RF. I don't think it's terribly irresponsible to plan to turn him FF, you just asked about dream seats
What I might consider doing, actually, is buying DS1 an ERF convertible (maybe an EFTA65, Momentum, MR) and using it FF until DS3 needs to be moved from the infant carrier. Then pass it down to DS3 and get DS1 a combination seat... that way he has something with more recline while he's younger, and can go into the (typically more upright) combo seat when he's six months older, when DS3 needs the convertible.
