Anything to know? It will be an Avenue. Working with a mom that isn't a car seat nerd. Can be RFing or FFing.

Do you know what airline? On, say, a US Airways 319 and 320, pitch is 31" and width is 18" in coach class, so an Avenue should work fine in either direction (may need to raise an armrest.) (Check out SeatGuru to find that kind of stuff out.)

Southwest only operates 737s, I thought? At least, that's what I've been told repeatedly by Southwest employees.

In any case, an Avenue should fit in most planes, even little puddle-jumpers I have been on would have fit an Avenue, as long as you can put the arms up (don't use the bulkhead seats.)

I've flown multiple airlines with my kids' Avenues. I'm certain that I've flown on A319s with them. I've never had install difficulties. On one flight, the seat was too upright rfing, but I don't think that was an A319. On most flights, when ffing, the kid can use the tray, but it is slightly inclined (crayons were okay if perpendicular to the incline, but cars didn't work no matter what).
