Hi, I'm looking to buy a mirror so that I can see my child rear facing in her carseat. Does anyone have recommendations? Are there safety concerns I should be considering?

Hello!

Using a mirror to see the child is associated with an increased risk (up to 14% more) of crashes due to sustain. Therefore I advise against it unless there are medical concerns in play, generally.

If you do choose to use one anyway, look for one that is light, unbreakable, no hard edges, batteries, hard parts or things that could crack off, and attached securely.
