Can't install EFTA well in PILOT 2nd row center RF?

I've just done a car seat switch and put the MA in my Jeep Liberty (30 second install) and tried to put the EFTA in the 2nd row center RF of my DH's Honda Pilot.

The Pilot has a ceiling mount shoulder belt, FYI. The ceiling mount made the seat pull up with a locking clip and with the retractor in use (not at the same time of course). The seat slid all over the place.

Has anyone had success with a H.P. 2nd row center install RF? I know you can't borrow LATCH from the outboard seats so we won't even discuss that :) I just installed it outboard with LATCH and while it's a solid install, I don't feel comfortable with her outboard.

Thoughts? Help? Sympathy?

Thanks!

nak'ing with a toddler helping
If you do a search for Honda Pilot, there's a lot of posts with tips for the center 2nd row. Twisting the buckle stalks helps. I have to use a noodle or towel (or three) for rf installations.
I promise it is do-able and once you learn the tricks for your seat, it gets easier each time. I can now install the MA in five minutes or less.
