Boulevard buckle not clicking

I have 2 boulevards and one of them doesn't click anymore on the second side if I buckle the right side first then the left but if I pull on it hard a few times it does not come out. If I put the left side of the buckle in first than the right side I do get the click. I have looked inside and do not see anything in there obstructing it. Should I be concerned?

Have you taken it out and cleaned it? Mine was doing something similar last week. When I removed it I noticed a couple sticky spots on the side. I rinsed it under hot water as advised in the manual and it's back to normal. You can even soak the buckle end overnight if necessary. If that doesn't fix it, I would call Britax.

I agree, I just had to wash mine because dd spilled juice in her seat. You couldn't see anything, but the sticky was just enough to mess it up.
