Booster for...

Me? I'm about 4'10 and 106 pounds and my carseat belt doesn't really fit me. The adjuster is all the way down so it's the lowest the sb can be.

The shoulder strap cuts into my neck and hurts me and the lap belt is up on my belly. I know its not supposed to be there, but I can't move it lower. I don't necessarily mean I want a booster seat (If that's the best option then ok ). Maybe something to boost me up? Is there such a thing?

There have been some discussions about this issue in the past. Some people recommended a product like the Autosafe Belt Adjuster. There was a long discussion of it in this post from earlier this year.

Honestly in your shoes I'd get the Harmony backless booster from toys r us (not Walmart). It should fit you nicely and solve the problem.
