Booster for bigger kid

Dd is 9.5-her backless graco nautilus and harmony booster both make it where the shoulder belt sits too low on her shoulder. The lap fit is fine. I do not think she five steps without a booster. She is about 4ft 5 and 70 pounds and we are in an 06 Kia Sedona middle row captain chair.
I'm not sure what to do?

Incognito by Safety 1st was the answer to our similar problem! It barely makes them taller at all, as it's only about 1" tall at the back of their rear end. It basically is perfect for the "almost 5 stepper" in my opinion and only about $20 depending on what's in stock and what color you want.

The Incognito was our solution as well. Both of my older boys, ages 12 and 10.5 use it in our van.
